Farhat Academy offers certain discounts to make quality Quran education more accessible to families, while keeping the process fair and transparent for all students. This Discount Policy explains the types of discounts available, eligibility criteria, and the terms that apply. All discounts are offered at the sole discretion of the Academy’s management and are subject to change at any time.

1. General Principles

•  Discounts are a goodwill offering by the Academy and are not a right or guaranteed entitlement for any student or guardian.
•  Only one discount category may be applied per student per invoice, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Academy.
•  Discounts apply only to tuition fees and do not cover registration fees, study material, or any other additional charges, unless specified.
•  All discount approvals must be confirmed in writing/through the Academy’s official channel before being considered valid.

2. Sibling / Family Discount

•  Families enrolling more than one child from the same household may be eligible for a sibling discount on the tuition fee of the additional child/children.
•  The discount applies only while all enrolled siblings remain active students; if one sibling withdraws, the discount will be reassessed.

3. Multiple Course / Bundle Discount

•  Students enrolling in more than one course at the same time (e.g., Quran Recitation with Tajweed, plus Islamic Studies) may be offered a bundled discount on the combined fee.
•  Bundle discounts apply only for the duration both/all courses are active together.

4. Advance / Quarterly & Annual Payment Discount

•  Students or guardians who pay tuition fees in advance for a longer term (e.g., quarterly, half-yearly, or annually) instead of monthly may be offered a reduced overall rate.
•  Advance payments made under this discount are subject to the Academy’s standard Refund Policy; the discounted rate does not affect refund eligibility rules already in place.

5. Referral Discount

•  Existing students/guardians who refer a new student to the Academy may receive a one-time discount or credit on their own tuition fee once the referred student completes a minimum qualifying period (e.g., one full month) of paid enrollment.
•  Referral discounts are not paid in cash and are applied only as a credit against future tuition invoices.

6. Scholarship / Need-Based Discount

•  The Academy may, at its discretion, offer a limited number of need-based scholarships or fee waivers to deserving students (e.g., orphans, financially deserving families, or outstanding academic performance), subject to a separate application and approval process.
•  Scholarship discounts are reviewed periodically and may be renewed, reduced, or withdrawn based on the student’s continued eligibility, attendance, and conduct.

7. Seasonal / Promotional Discounts

•  From time to time, the Academy may offer limited-time promotional discounts (e.g., Ramadan offers, back-to-school offers, festive/seasonal campaigns, or new-student onboarding offers).
•  Promotional discounts are valid only for the announced period and cannot be claimed retroactively once the offer has expired.

8. Eligibility & Application Process

•  To apply for any discount, the student/guardian must submit a request through the Academy’s official contact channel, along with any supporting information requested (e.g., proof of sibling enrollment, referral details, or financial need documentation).
•  The Academy reserves the right to request supporting documents/evidence and to approve, adjust, or decline any discount request at its sole discretion.
•  Approved discounts will be reflected in the student’s invoice/fee record; students should verify the discounted amount before making payment.

9. Conditions & Discontinuation

•  Any discount offered is conditional on the student maintaining regular attendance, timely fee payment, and adherence to the Academy’s Code of Conduct.
•  The Academy reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue any discount, with or without prior notice, in cases of misuse, misrepresentation of eligibility, or a change in circumstances (e.g., a sibling withdrawing from the Academy).
•  Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and are non-transferable between students or families.

Important: All discounts are offered purely at the discretion of Farhat Academy’s management and may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. A discount granted in one term/period does not guarantee its continuation in future terms.

•  Farhat Academy reserves the right to amend or update this Discount Policy at any time.
•  Updated terms will take effect once published through the Academy’s official channels and will apply to future invoices.
