4. Teacher & Student Contact Protection (Important Clause)

•  All teachers are official employees of Farhat Academy. Personal contact details of teachers (mobile number, personal email, WhatsApp number, or social media accounts) will never be shared with students or guardians by the Academy.
•  Likewise, students’/guardians’ personal contact details will never be shared with teachers beyond what is necessary for official class coordination through Academy channels.
•  All official communication must take place only through the Academy’s designated channels (official WhatsApp number, email, or portal) — not through any individual’s personal number or social media account.

If a student, guardian, or teacher independently exchanges personal contact information (mobile number, WhatsApp number, social media account, etc.) outside official Academy channels, and any financial, moral, or other loss results from it, the Academy’s management will not be held responsible. Full responsibility in such a case rests with the individuals who exchanged the information.

5. Data Security

•  The Academy takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect stored personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
•  Despite these measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and users are also encouraged to safeguard their own information (e.g., not sharing login credentials or personal contact details with unauthorized persons).

6. Data Retention

•  Student and guardian information will be retained only for as long as necessary for admission records, academic history, and administrative purposes.
•  Upon withdrawal from the Academy, records may still be retained for a reasonable period for record-keeping and legal purposes.

7. Class Recordings

•  Any audio/video recording of classes will only be made with prior consent and will be stored securely, used solely for academic quality and review purposes.
