Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Farhat Academy. Before enrolling or attending any class at our Online Quran Academy, please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By using any of our services (classes, registration, payments, etc.), the student/guardian agrees to be bound by these terms.

  1. Admission & Registration
  •  Admission is considered complete only when the student/guardian submits the registration form with accurate and complete information.
  •  The student/guardian is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of admission (name, age, contact number, email).
  •  The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, at any time.
  •  A trial class (if offered) is for assessment purposes only and does not guarantee permanent admission.

  1. Class Timing & Punctuality
  •  Each student and teacher will have a pre-defined class schedule, and attending classes on the agreed time is mandatory.
  •  If a student does not join the class at the scheduled time, it will be marked as ‘Absent’.
  •  The class will end at its scheduled time regardless of a late start; the duration will not be extended for late arrivals.
  •  In case of repeated absences or lack of punctuality, the Academy reserves the right to change the class schedule or cancel the admission.
  •  Any change in timing must be communicated to the concerned coordinator at least 24 hours in advance.

  1. Absence & Replacement Class Policy
  •  No replacement class will be provided if the absence is on the student’s part.
  •  If a teacher misses a class for any reason, the Academy will provide a replacement class for that session.
  •  The new schedule for a replacement class will be mutually decided between the Academy and the student.
  •  No fee discount or deduction will be given for absences exceeding the monthly allowed limit.

  1. Teacher / Staff Contact & Data Protection (Important Clause)
  •  All teachers at the Academy are regular employees of Farhat Academy and provide services under the Academy’s supervision.
  •  Students/guardians must not request or share any personal contact information with a teacher, including personal mobile numbers, personal email, WhatsApp number, or social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  •  Similarly, no teacher is authorized to share their own or any student’s personal contact information without the Academy’s permission.
  •  All communication related to the Academy must be conducted only through the Academy’s official channels (official WhatsApp number, email, or portal).

If a student or guardian personally exchanges private contact details (mobile number, social media account, WhatsApp number, etc.) with a teacher, and any financial, moral, or other loss occurs as a result, the responsible parties involved will bear full responsibility. The management of Farhat Academy will not be held liable for any such situation.

  1. Fees & Payment
  •  Fees are charged on a monthly basis and must be paid by the due date through the Academy’s official payment account/method.
  •  A late fee may be charged for payments made after the due date; the Academy will notify the student in advance of any such charge.
  •  The Academy reserves the right to suspend classes or cancel admission in case of continued non-payment of fees.
  •  Fee receipts must be obtained only through the Academy’s official channels; direct payment to a teacher’s personal account is strictly prohibited.

  1. Code of Conduct
  •  Both students and teachers are required to maintain a respectful, decent behavior in line with Islamic values during classes.
  •  Discussion of unrelated topics, exchange of personal information, or inappropriate conversation during class is not permitted.
  •  In case of misconduct, threatening behavior, or harassment of any kind, the Academy reserves the right to take immediate action, including cancellation of admission or employment.
  •  Guardian presence (especially for younger students) during class is considered appropriate.

  1. Technical Requirements
  •  A stable internet connection, a mobile device/computer, and the relevant application (e.g., Zoom/Skype) are required for attending classes, and arranging these is the student’s responsibility.
  •  The Academy is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by internet or technical issues, although reasonable support will be provided where possible.

  1. Class Recording & Content Rights
  •  Audio/video recording of any class is only permitted with the Academy’s prior written consent.
  •  The curriculum, books, and educational material provided by the Academy are for personal use only and may not be shared or sold to any third party.

  1. Amendment of Terms
  •  Farhat Academy reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  •  Revised terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the Academy’s website/official channels.

  1. Contact & Governing Authority
  •  For any questions, complaints, or clarifications regarding these Terms & Conditions, please contact the Academy’s official contact number/email only.
  •  In case of any dispute, the decision of the Academy’s management will be considered final.

Note: By enrolling with Farhat Academy, the student/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
